Often, talking to car owners with different make of cars, I make sure that the majority of them have a blurry vision of the difference between Subaru and other cars. They take such “branded” structural features like horizontal boxer engine, symmetric all-wheel drive and a possibility to control torque distribution between fore and back axles as freak and superfluous complication of the car construction. Well, everyone to his trade! I’m really not going to urge that Subaru is the best car in the world, though it’s true!
Let’s leave aside rapture and emotions, forget everything is written in advertising booklets and try to understand the real distinctions between Subaru and other cars and are these distinctions really good.
